Règlement intérieur – Villa Magri

 

You are staying in a private home. Please treat it with care, respect and common sense — as if it were your own.

1. General Conditions of Stay

  • Minimum stay: 7 nights

  • Maximum occupancy: 6 people

  • Pets allowed

  • Non-smoking property

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Parties and events are not permitted

  • Commercial photography is prohibited

2. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM

Late check-out may be charged €50 per hour started.

3. Jacuzzi – Wellness Area

  • Children under 14 are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult.

  • Please keep the doors locked when not in use.

  • Showering is mandatory before entering the jacuzzi.

  • The water is clean and filtered at your arrival and must remain so.

In case of contamination (sand, food, etc.), a €100 cleaning fee will be charged for draining, cleaning, and reheating (approx. 5 m³).

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Cleaning supplies are provided (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, cleaning products).

  • The natural stone flooring is sensitive to stains (wine, acidic products, etc.).
    Please clean up any spill immediately.

  • The standard cleaning fee (€150) covers normal usage.

Excessive dirt or damage may result in additional charges.

5. Wind Precautions

  • In case of a yellow weather alert (Météo France), avoid walking under trees — it is at your own risk.

  • Please ensure shutters are either properly secured or kept closed during windy conditions.

6. Number of Guests

  • The number of guests must match the reservation.

Any additional guest (excluding children under 4) will be charged €40/day.

7. Parking

  • Up to 3 vehicles may park in the central driveway.

  • Additional free parking is available on the street.

8. Dining Areas

  • Meals must be taken in the designated dining spaces.

Eating in bedrooms or other areas of the house is not allowed.

9. Before Departure

Please follow these instructions before checking out:

  • Gather used towels and bed linen in the entrance

  • Empty and clean the dishwasher

  • Take out the trash

  • Leave the bathrooms, sinks, shower and kitchen clean

  • Turn off all lights and appliances

  • Lock the house and return the keys
